Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations, including business requirements gathering, GAP analysis, functional documentation, module configuration, and go-live support.
Customize Odoo modules and workflows in coordination with the development team (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
Develop and automate MIS reports and system-driven insights for senior management.
Integrate and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) that extract and visualize KPIs directly from Odoo or its database.
Provide user training, SOP documentation, and post-implementation support to end users.
Analyze and streamline business processes using Odoo ERP tools and extensions.
Ensure data integrity across Odoo and external reporting platforms.
Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to define and monitor performance metrics.
Translate business needs into technical solutions, including custom module development or API integration if needed.
Support project management, change control, and ongoing process improvements.
