Major responsibilities:
- Regular supervision of construction works to ensure completion within stipulated time.
- To provide technical guidance on site as per design, drawing & specifications.
- To report regularly to the Line Manager on all matters related to the site.
- To arrange the construction material within required time and budget for smooth execution of the project.
- Prepare & review the work schedule of different activities to ensure progress on work.
- Prepare Cost estimation.
- Carry out correspondence with the Line Manager regarding any variation order due to additional works.
- Experience on Prime Vera / MS Project for Project scheduling.
- Experience on various building structures (RCC, Shell, 2Tee, PEB).
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements.
- BE / BSc / BS / B-Tech / DAE Civil Engineering.
- Candidate should have 5 year of experience for BE/BSc & 7 Years for BS/B-Tech.
- Should be good in conflict resolution.
- Should have advance knowledge of current trends and engineering standards.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.
