- Degree in business administration or accounting preferred but not required; business experience is preferred but not required; knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred but not required; knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred but not required; ability to use critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; ability to work autonomously; strong organization skills; strong written communication skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; ability to write clearly; ability to meet deadlines; ability to prioritize workload effectively; flexibility; willingness to work overtime when necessary as assigned by management or supervisor.
