Manager, Donor Relations will be responsible to manage third party relationships to ensure high standards of service excellence

Eligibility: At least a Bachelor in Business Administration

Experience: 2 – 3 years in Corporate or NGO sector

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage Customer Relations and Donor engagement strategies
  • Develop and manage relationship with customers and Donors
  • Manage customer data effectively to innovate strategy for CRM and Donor Management
  • Tracking donations and managing donor data base
  • Developing donor communications that engage and inform donors.
  • This may include newsletters, annual reports and personal reminders and thank you notes.
  • Ensure compliance that all fund raising activities comply with laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Training of staff and monitor performance
  • Social media management
