Candidates must hold following Certification/ degree to be considered for this position:
- B.Com Passed and
- Partially completed Post Graduate Certificate in CIS (from Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan) Or MBA/M.Com
Candidates must be having basic knowledge of company law and secretarial practices.
