A reputable firm of Chartered Accountants based in Karachi is accepting Resume of candidates who are energetic and can add their technical skills/ abilities in our Firm by joining our team as “Trainee Corporate and Secretarial Practices”.
The prospective candidate shall be able to perform and deliver quality services to our clients. This position offers excellent opportunities towards leadership and career enhancement to the right candidate.

What we are looking for the candidates who have:
- Good Knowledge of Company Law.
- Good Communication Skills
- Good IQ, problem-solving abilities.
- Reasonable knowledge of communicating with government authorities/ agencies.
- Should have reasonable verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Should be a team worker/ motivator and have organizing/ management skills.
- Frequently and feely navigate updates as available on the SECP website.
Must be holding one of the following certification or qualification for the position:
- PIPFA/ C.A/ ICMA part qualified, with a minimum 6 months experience in handling corporate and secretarial matters, or
- ACCA, who wish to built career in the Corporate and Secretarial Practices.
- M.Com / B.Com having 3 years’ experience, good knowledge of all matters related to Companies law/ rule / guideline.
