We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our Real estate Company “Exo Marketing”. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accounting records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring that company finances are accurate and up to date.
*Note: Candidates having an experience of working in a real estate company would be a plus point! *
Salary: Market competitive (50k to 70k)
Responsibilities: 1. Process accounts payable and receivable & maintain company financial records
2. Utilize database software to organize financial account information
3. Handle account inquiries from real estate clients
4. Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment & review both incoming and outgoing invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
5. Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
6. Generate financial reports for review
7. Tracking & manage company’s expenses
8. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the top management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in real estate industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
