  • Collects Customer feedback and builds a bond and loyalty among our Customers.
  • Providing product and service information to the customers and reporting any kind of product and service problems.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors

Experience: Fresh to 1 year

Female required for this job

Lahore based.

Timings: 12-5.
