PKR. 60,000 - 70,000/Month

• Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

• Co-ordination with the Dairy Farm Accounts and Admin team for timely processing of financial transactions.

• Preparation of all purchase vouchers and bank payment voucher of vendors

• Enter financial data into the system, update financial records and keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Create cost analysis reports for other departments

• Maintain financial policies throughout the company

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and payroll. • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports

• Booking of accrual of all utility bills, services & Monthly recurring Payments and ensuring payment on timely basis

• Manages banking reconciliations

• Cash inflows & outflows need reconcile on daily basis

• Assist with external audit, tax audits and tax return

• Verify, Allocate post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. • Support month-end and year-end close process

• Performs other duties as necessary or assigned by HOD Skills:

• Data Entry in Financial Software (quick book)

• Preparing Vouchers, cheques, and bank reconciliation.

• MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word, Google Drive, Microsoft Office

• Communication & Coordination skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: Rs70,000/- per month

Education:

• BCom /Mcom or ACCA (Required)

Experience:

• Managed Dairy business account at least 3 years (experience of trading /export accounts handling with be preferred)
