The “Customer Service Executive” will be involved in interacting with our customers in the UK, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to promote our goods or services, make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up. The “Customer Service Executive” will use their voice and calling techniques to persuade existing customers to purchase a product or service as assigned by the organization in a clear and honest manner keeping the quality and compliance under consideration at all times.
