We are looking for a professional with the following competencies:

Tax Knowledge
Bookkeeping Experience
QuickBooks Experience
Computer savvy
Good communication skills
Fluency in speaking and writing English
Must be able to speak with a North American accent
Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
Proficient in Excel and Word
Accounting experience will be preferred.

Job Duties:

As an account representative, you will be working closely with our clients to manage their accounts by,

Addressing customer complaints and queries of assigned clients
Collaborating with account managers and submitting reports to upper management
You will maintain a positive working relationship with our clients, requesting information from them, and answering any questions they might have about their business accounts.
