The ideal Digital Marketing person would be a creative genius, research nerd, who understands technical aspects of marketing, a business-savvy person with great negotiation skills, possesses team management skills and carries a can-do attitude in their back pocket. He or she will have a strong team of 5 team members that will assist in executing strategies.
The candidate would be expected to market and generate leads for restaurants initially, as that is the prime need and then slowly expand into other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate leads for restaurants.
- Apply to prospect opportunities on portals.
- Email campaigns
- Social media marketing
Creative Direction:
- Own the creative brief process, set visual and copy standards,
- Translate audience insights into high‑impact ad concepts, landing pages, and nurture sequences
- A/B‑test creative elements, messaging, and formats to maximize click‑through, lead capture, and cost‑per‑acquisition goals throughout the marketing funnel.
- Map creative to each stage of the buyer journey; monitor campaign metrics in real time, extract creative learnings, and iterate quickly
- turning data into actionable next‑gen concepts that continuously lift lead volume and quality.
Strategic Leadership:
- Craft and execute strategies to achieve lead generation and revenue goals across multiple digital platforms/industries.
- Define clear KPI’s for the team aligned with business targets.
- Allocate and monitor the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Market Research:
- Dive deep into assigned topics with thorough research.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Research Delivery platforms to see how to run a successful campaign.
Marketing:
- Craft and execute killer marketing strategies.
- Manage a team of social media managers and whip up engaging content.
- Analyze marketing data and report on campaign success.
- Write awesome documentation and blogs for our customers
Requirements:
- The Ideal Candidate should first and foremost have reliable Internet and Electricity.
- They should have the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 to 3 years of Digital Marketing/ Lead Generation Experience or similar.
