We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the customized packaging box industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the custom packaging sector. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the custom packaging market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with B2B clients in sectors such as retail, FMCG, e-commerce, and pharmaceuticals.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers.
- Work closely with design and production teams to create customized packaging solutions that align with client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and gather customer feedback to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 3 to 7 years of proven sales experience in customized packaging, corrugated boxes, or the printing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of packaging materials such as cardboard, corrugated board, and kraft paper, along with custom printing processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

This is a full-time position based in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The monthly salary offered ranges from Rs180,000 to Rs220,000. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in packaging and be available to work on-site in Lahore.
