Salsoft is currently on a lookout for a Technical Recruiter in Karachi office.
Shift: 1PM to 10PM
Requirements:
- BBA and/or MBA with Majors in HR.
- 1 to 3 Years of experience in Software Industry Recruitment in Local Market.
- Should have exposure working on various Recruitment Tools.
- Should have experience recruiting software developers (Junior, Senior, Mid-Level) for various technologies. Especially PHP, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile App Developers.
- Should have great deal of connections OR candidate pool from the Local market/Linkedin
- Ambitious and ready to take recruitment challenges.
- Good communication skills.
