SalTec Powerlink invites application for the position of Stores & Warehouse Assistant located at Karachi.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for:
Maintain and oversee the records of all received goods and supplies.
Monitor the orderly stocking and arrangement of consignments in the store.
Verify received materials with the invoice orders.
Sorting of goods into the designated location for goods received from supplier/ forwarder
Ensure the compliance of safety norms in the store area.
Synchronize with suppliers on the subject of the shipment and delivery of orders.
To carry out monthly stock count; Plan for stock requirement.
Assist AM Store and Warehouse for recruitment, regular training and workshop for the staff.
Ensure the compliance of necessary paper work for the receipt of goods.
Coordinating activities with purchase department of the organization.
Maintain and practice good housekeeping and to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
