We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of communication are adhered to
  • Delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Be the guardian of agency production processes
  • Developing ideas and concepts and delivering final products that meet client and agency standards
  • Work closely with the production team
  • Manage branding, design, web and social media projects
  • Formulate, develop and write briefs
  • Provide project status updates
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Manage expectations of clients and senior management
  • Maintaining the quality of the company’s service
  • Understanding the business inside and out.
