Develops attendance schedule and tour plans for the sales team
Ensures that the punching of sales team data such as DSRs and Des is properly done via software
Develops sales report of every territory by gathering the information of sales via Des and DSRs
Tracks the performance of sales team by analyzing the daily sales targets
Develops the acknowledgments of software and share it with the management
Schedules the Des unvisited shop visit and punches the sales targets pf DSRs
Coordinates the sales targets with the executive management after receiving it from different regions
Shares the incentives of Des with DSRs and with Territory Managers
Ensures that distributor claims, and receipts are vetted by FBR
Prepares regional meeting reports and shares with the Regional Managers
Analyzes the sales targets of DSRs and Des based on the annual sales volume share with the Regional Managers.
