Errection and Commissioning of JENBACHER, JMS 616 (2.5 MW).
Errection and Commissioning of Cummins C2250 (1.8 MW).
Errection and Commissioning of GE JENBACHER 320 (1.064 MW).
Errection and Commissioning of CATTER PILLER D3512(1.28 MW).
Installation/Erection of Substation Equipment I.e. Power Transformers, Switchgears, Control & Relay Panels and all other associated equipment.
Worked on Operation side of Power Plant, starting, on load, off load and Synchronization of Gensets. Operational observation of Engines, Generators, load sharing system, temperature and pressure monitoring.
I have also Maintenance experience of GE JENBACHER 320 (1.064 MW) Up to 30,000 HRs routine.
I have also Maintenance experience of Diesel Engines.
Preparing Cable Schedules, Termination Plans and Implementation Schedules.
Cable laying and Termination of Control & Power Circuits.
Review of schematic diagrams for Control, Relay and AC/DC Panels
Earthing and Electrificationof Power Plant & Substation.
Responsible to supervise and maintain the working environment by ensuring all the safety measures.
Monitoring of work progress & preparing the projects weekly/ Monthly progress reports to management & client.
Working with the project team members, clients and vendors to coordinate activities, provisioning environment setup, installation, and integration testing.
Reviewed design submitted by the consultant and vendors.
Developed a team of professionals to handle the project in a smooth way.
