Assists in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategic goals.
Assists in creating job descriptions, handles job-postings, recruits, phone-screens and interviews potential candidates.
Collects and maintains employee documents, prepares appointment letters, and employment agreements.
Responsible for record-keeping, compiling and maintaining employee data and pertinent documentation.
Conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizations goals.
Advices department manager of policies regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, morale building and employee benefits.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, People Management or the relevant.
2+ years’ experience in HR and/or Administrative roles.
Strong grasp on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Self-motivated, people oriented and results driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent business acumen.
Active listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with LMS and HRIS is preferred.
