The key responsibilities are as below,

Preparing and submitting Goods Declarations (GDs) in accordance with customs regulations.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all import transactions.
Manage import operations and customs clearance activities for clients.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare and submit customs clearance documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Monitor and update clients on the status of their shipments and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of import activities and prepare reports as required.
Assist the Import Manager in managing the import team and delegating tasks as necessary
