We are looking for a customer support team member for the following tasks:
- Attending/making phone calls to customers;
- Tracking deliveries and coordinating with customers;
- Taking orders over the phone and ensuring they are dispatched
- Ensuring the customer is happy and willing to order again;
- Monitoring live chats over our website and responding to all queries according to the SOPs;
- Responding to emails and other forms of communication from customers;
- Other customer-focused activities
