Execute the full software development lifecycle, including design, build, test, deployment, administration, and maintenance of data platforms
Create technical architecture requirements, including data, integration, and system context models
Support business and technical teams by troubleshooting and resolving development and production defects by considering the logs using various debugging tools.
Participate in testing sessions, including integrated testing cycles, performance testing, security testing, and user acceptance testing
Provide estimates for software development efforts
Recommend solutions by identifying advantages and disadvantages of proposed solutions
Manage code deployment process across environments and support production releases
Develop software components that meet standards of quality and architecture, including the documentation and implementation of unit tests, scripts, and test harnesses
Participate in workshops, training, and code review meetings
Build and deployment products on AWS
Setup development and test environment on AWS
Develop Micro Services on AWS
Create functional design specifications, AWS reference architectures, and assist with other project deliverables as needed
Provide recommendations with respect to cloud migrations and prepare technical implementation roadmaps for AWS adoption
Write complex queries with good performance against AWS data warehouse/on-prem SQL server sources that hold customer data.
Strict adherence to compliance/security guidelines and restrictions for accessing data.
Experience in modern programming languages (C/C++, Java, Python), open-source technologies and multiple operating systems (Linux, iOS, Android etc.)
2+ years of client and server-side development, cloud development, AWS development
Experience with Kafka, Spark, Mongo DB, and other cloud-based technologies
Experience with React JS, Node JS, Java, and JSON
Experience with REACT and Restful APIs
Familiarity with DevOps technologies
Experience in analytics platform e.g., ELK and Splunk
AWS developer certification preferred
