The ideal candidate should have the following skills set to qualify for this role.  

  • Must have Conversant of construction activities, Dealing & liaison with contractors /Architects, Managing & supervising manpower & other resources, Maintaining safety standards & Norms, Ensuring smooth and timely execution of operations with desired quality
  • Collaborate with technicians and the construction team to determine the specifications of the project
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team
  • Ability to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Manages day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple construction projects
