Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our engineering team onsite in Lahore. The successful candidate will have at least five years of practical experience working with both front-end and back-end JavaScript technologies. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented professional who excels in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering scalable, high-quality web applications. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients, contributing to innovative projects in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and implement new application features. Address complex technical challenges by applying innovative solutions and sound architectural principles. Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates. Convert wireframes and design assets into responsive, scalable web applications. Develop and maintain robust applications using modern frameworks and libraries such as Next.js, HTML5, AngularJS, React, Vue.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Build RESTful APIs and backend services primarily with Node.js and Next.js. Establish and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Utilize Git for version control within an agile SCRUM development environment. Independently manage workload, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies and adhere to agile best practices. Mentor junior developers to promote technical excellence and best practices. Research and integrate new tools and frameworks to improve application performance and team productivity. Contribute to the design and scalability of application architecture. Develop and execute unit and integration test cases to ensure software quality. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in JavaScript and related technologies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of five years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development. Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end JavaScript ecosystems. Experience working on client-facing projects, including requirement gathering and project delivery. Familiarity with SCRUM methodology and agile development practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities. Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals and cross-browser compatibility issues. Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases. Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to work onsite in Lahore on a full-time basis.
