We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales and promoting our design and development services while maintaining a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in both graphic and UI/UX design, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with project objectives. Key Responsibilities
Develop visualizations that clearly and accurately communicate project messaging. Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to specifications and budget constraints. Utilize a wide range of media and graphic design software to create compelling visuals. Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining a high standard of quality. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs promptly. Design engaging graphics and banners for websites and social media platforms. Apply color theory and design principles to produce visually striking content. Support lead generation efforts through design-related activities, particularly within the IT design and development sectors.

Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), QuarkXPress, and other graphic design software is essential. Strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design is required. Candidates must have proven experience as a graphic designer, supported by a solid portfolio showcasing their work. A deep understanding of color theory and design aesthetics is necessary. Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights are important. Demonstrated experience in lead generation and data scraping within IT design and development is highly valued. Strong expertise in both UI/UX design and traditional graphic design is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position requiring 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays included. The salary range for this role is Rs80,000 to Rs120,000 per month. The work location is flexible and involves travel. Fluency in English is required. Candidates will be asked to share their portfolio link, expected salary, and confirm their experience in UI/UX design as part of the application process.
