Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver well-tested solutions for both new and existing products, platforms, and systems.
- Develop complex new programs and implement amendments to existing systems as required.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, business analysts, sales executives, and account managers.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff by managing their workflow and supporting their professional growth.
- Actively contribute to departmental objectives and overall business goals through collaboration and innovation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in IBM Mainframe Application Development.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an agile environment, utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Strong software development and analytical skills, with a focus on writing clean, scalable code using design patterns and best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in IBM Mainframe development technologies, including COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
- Familiarity with tools such as Changeman, CA-7, JIRA, and File Manager.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of Assembler and PL/1 programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle is advantageous.
