As a member of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Careem’s growth by managing full-cycle recruitment across the UAE and Pakistan markets, collaborating with business leaders, and building strategic talent pipelines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate roles across multiple markets, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop customized talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines that address both current and future hiring demands.
- Employ innovative sourcing techniques and leverage market insights to attract high-quality candidates.
- Lead employer branding efforts to strengthen Careem’s reputation as an employer of choice within the region.
- Work with internal teams to continuously enhance recruitment processes and tools.
- Provide data-driven recruitment metrics and reports to relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Promote and uphold Careem’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, ideally within corporate or high-growth settings.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting in the UAE and Pakistan markets is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to source and engage candidates using creative and effective channels.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A clear commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in technology companies or startup environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with regional talent markets and cultural nuances across MENAP countries.
