Red Feather Tech is looking for a skilled and adaptable Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. This role involves working on complex projects, driving innovation, and contributing to research and development across various technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong technical foundation, leadership abilities to mentor junior developers, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies such as Laravel, Node.js, React or Vue.js, and WordPress. Lead research and development efforts to identify and implement new tools, frameworks, and innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical results. Conduct code reviews, participate in pair programming, and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices. Ensure that applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. Manage code deployment using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and employ modern DevOps practices. Actively contribute to architectural decisions and system planning to build scalable and maintainable solutions.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of professional experience in full stack development with strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies. Expertise in PHP Laravel, JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React, Node.js, and WordPress is essential. Solid knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and server-side logic is required. Experience with cloud deployment platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean is expected. Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, is necessary. Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide development teams, mentor junior staff, and enforce coding standards. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. A willingness to adapt to new technologies and maintain a continuous learning mindset. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs200,000 to Rs250,000, based on experience and skills. It provides a leadership role with opportunities for career advancement and decision-making authority. Candidates will work in a collaborative and forward-thinking technology environment. Benefits include health insurance, paid leave, and regular team-building activities. The work location is on-site at Gulshan Block 10-A, Karachi. The shift timing is from 5 PM to 2 AM, and candidates must be available to work during these hours.
