We are looking for the best Facebook Ads / Digital Media Buyer to lead a team of 4 media buyers and scale high-budget campaigns efficiently. If you have strong experience in scaling Facebook Ads, are KPI-driven, and can manage a team while optimizing ad performance, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage a team of 4 media buyers to ensure campaign success.
- Learn & implement our scaling strategies for optimal results.
- Track KPIs closely and make data-driven decisions.
- Launch & optimize new campaigns to improve performance.
- Continuously test & adjust strategies based on market trends.
- Ensure budget efficiency by optimizing spend in real-time.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Facebook Ads (scaling & optimization).
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns ($5K+ per day).
- Strong leadership skills to guide & train a team.
- Data-driven mindset – must track and optimize KPIs regularly.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Flexible working hours (6 days/week, 8 hours/day, adjusted to campaign needs).
