Office Assistant

Server4sale is looking for an office assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

who will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and other communications, dealing with clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, work on billing and proposals, and performing other general office assistant duties and errands?
Monitor incoming calls and emails and answer or forward as required.
Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
Managing billing system.
Help in preparing business proposals, Quotations
Recording information as needed.
Dealing with clients on call and physically as well.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Dealing with the clients and maintain a proper record of invoices.
Performing general office/admin assistant duties and errands.

Requirements

Strong desire to learn along with a professional driver.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good at drafting emails and documents.
Excellent knowledge of Google Docs.
Good Knowledge in proposals and quotations made.
Familiarity with billing computer software and online applications.
