We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet or exceed established performance targets
- Follow call center scripts when handling different customer concerns
- Track and document all customer interactions
- Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in computer and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends
