Evening Fixed Timings - (5 PM - 2 AM)

Day: Mon to Fri ( Sat & Sun Off )

Start: Immediately - Full-Time

Location: Shah Jamal, Lahore

Salary: 25k to 35k ( Depending on English fluency & relevant experience )

This position is responsible for following up on patient medical claims with the insurances and fixing denials/rejected claims to collect the maximum claim payments for the medical providers.

Description of Job:

Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on medical unpaid claims and rejections using billing software & insurance portal
Convince the insurance for payment of their outstanding claims.
Appealing denied claims
Ability to analyze patient accounts and determine next appropriate action for the collection of account receivables

Requirements:

Must have year international calling experience and fluency in English
Previous experience in Account Receivable would be preferred
Bachelor degree or equivalentStrong Microsoft word, Excel and email writing skills
Excellent knowledge of coding, billing cycle and insurance guidelines
