Digital Marketing Lead

Seven Koncepts Private Limited is seeking to hire a suitable candidate for the role of Digital Marketing Manager. The best candidate should have a deep insight into the digital marketing work environment and should have the ability to carry on projects effectively in such a fast pace environment.

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Build, lead and manage the marketing campaigns.
Managing, guiding, and training the digital marketing team and motivate them to achieve their goals.
Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.
Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare and manage global digital marketing budget
Oversee all social media accounts.
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase client's market segment.
Liaise with product owners and product marketing managers, creative, and sales to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Design, build and maintain client's social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Building strong & profitable relationships with clients.
Preparing strategic and tactical plans.
Creating quotes and proposals.
Conducting client meetings.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Integrated marketing experience across different client accounts and channels
Current knowledge and relevant experience in digital and social media campaigns (paid & organic) and websites (strategy, content, and implementation management)
Exceptional attention to detail and process driven
Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment
Excited and passionate about working in a constantly evolving industry
Have a positive can-do attitude
Able to understand and overcome challenges for your clients and provide effective solutions
Presentation writing and presenting skills
Strategic confidence, contributing to the strategic planning process.
