This is a Remote job. As an HR/Coordinator specialized in import and export operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of human resources activities related to the mentioned industries. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR processes, communication, and documentation to support our import and export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage HR activities for import and export operations in textile, food and beverages, guar gum (preferably), vegetables, dates, and surgical instruments industries and other multiple commodities.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR support for import and export transactions.
3. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes within the specified industries.
4. Handle correspondence and daily updates related to HR operations.
5. Utilize computer skills, including MS Office and web development, to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
6. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, fluent in English and other languages are also preferable.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR coordination for import and export operations.
Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA (Marketing) degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import and export operations, with a focus on textile, food and beverages, guar gum (preferably), vegetables, dates, and surgical instruments and other multiple commodities.
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and web development proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
