We are looking for a results-driven and confident Head of the Accounting Department to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

He will work with the CEO and other Heads of Departments to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities, and targets for the Teams and ensures systems are in place to receive the information promptly.
He will oversee all accounting activities of the accounts department.
He will manage all accounting records.
The Head of the Accounting department will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the business's accounting and report directly to the CEO.
The Head of Accounts department will also work with other departmental heads for the smooth working of the organization.

Qualifications of the Head of Accounts Department.

M.COM ,ACCA ,CA Or Equivalent

Experience:

A candidate for this position must have had at least four years of working experience in a leading accounting position within a fast-paced and dynamic position, preferably as a Senior Accountant.
