We are hiring a Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft official documents (e.g., bank requests, meeting minutes, formal letters)
- Maintain organized records and files for the foundation
- Manage the organisation’s social media accounts with engaging content
- Design basic graphics for social media posts using tools like Canva or similar
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
- Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders
- Occasionally represents the foundation for tasks within Karachi
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently
- Basic graphic design skills (no professional experience needed—just creativity and comfort with tools)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- A proactive and trustworthy team player
- Previous experience in admin or communication roles is a plus
