Handle client queries/requests for information.
Participate in the order review activities of routine nature. Assist the Divisional Manager where order requirements are unique or new.
Visit clients for the purposes of business development, determination of their expectations/requirements, monitor client satisfaction and obtain feedback.
Obtain and collate information regarding marketing to facilitate in the development of marketing strategy.
Conduct telemarketing and participate in other marketing activities using e-mail.
Participate in planning, execution and monitoring of sales campaigns.
Identify prospective clients through market research.
Visit the prospective clients and prepare marketing plan.
Participate in carrying out competitors' analysis.
Build relationship with key clients.
Assist the Divisional Manager in submission of proposals and presentation to the clients. Under the direction of the Divisional Manager, negotiate the price and terms with the clients.
