To write down and represent Minutes of Meeting
To take various kind of reports from respective departments for the perusal of learned Director.
To look after travel itineraries/arrangements/ticket bookings etc.
To plan and organize various events locally or abroad
To deal with incoming postal mails.
To conduct background research and present its findings
To meet and greet guests at all seniority levels
To issue office circulars whenever required
To make liaison with staff members on behalf of learned Director
Conduct surprise visits of company at different locations and update management.
Oversees the performance of other clerical staff.
Maintain proper filling system for Director
