Responsible for Making comparison reports before purchasing
Responsible for procurement of supplies accessories.
Oversee the preparation and processing of purchase orders
Responsible to perform record maintenance.
Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, service and equipment.
Responsible to discourage uniform biding and endeavor to obtain as full and open competition as possible on all purchases.
Keep informed of current development in field of purchasing, price, market conditions and new products.
Supervise the inspection of all supplies, service and equipment purchase to insure conformance with specifications:
Recommend to the manager the transfer of surplus or unused supplies and equipment between departments, as needed;
Work with concern department to maintain stock levels.
Make sure timely arrangement of all supplies.
