· To enter sales orders in ERP software and update booking status on regular basis.

· Arrange and send invoices to marketing department daily.

· Coordinate with Assist Marketing Manager and warehouse for sampling.

· Assist Marketing Manager in customer handling

· Update North and South party’s files on regular basis.

· Prepare local sales contracts and local sales schedule.

· Prepare local sales purchase contracts and local purchase schedule.

· Close liaison with warehouse on stock report management.

· Carry out all duties and functions as directed by the senior management.
