You must demonstrate proficiency in using CRM software and sales enablement platforms, as well as showcasing your ability to forecast sales accurately. This position requires at least one year of experience, along with a strong understanding of the perfume market and trends. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fragrances and a commitment to achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Participate actively in training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on industry developments.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals while ensuring a cohesive and positive work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure product availability meets customer demand.
