We are looking for a person who is experienced in;

Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise hardware, operating system and deployed solutions related issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support.

Have sound knowledge in I.T. infrastructure and backup portfolio (experience on Dell products will be preferred), virtualization and client products.

Certification such as VMware, DellEMC would be advantage.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to build good relationship with subordinates, customers and vendors.

Duties/Responsibilites;

Escalation point for all techncial issues.
Capable in handling pressure from demanding customers.
Excellent time management skills to support timely progress while executing multiple simultaneous projects.
Able to work at a high level independently, utilizing other resources with good judgment.
Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated.
Escalation of problems in a timely manner as per the escalation matrix.
Able to make customers feel great about their support experience regardless of the outcome via high level, polished customer and relationship management skills
Ensuring security and confidentiality is maintained at all times
24*7 availability to provide support services
Any other duties as assigned by management.
