You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with our event management and marketing teams to create engaging content that highlights our services and successes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (including images, videos, and written) with basic photo and video editing skills.
Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools for innovative content creation and to enhance customer engagement.
Ensure daily updates across all social media platforms to keep our audience engaged and informed.
Analyze social media campaigns and strategies for effectiveness.
Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/ or relative experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably with a background in event and product promotion.
Proficient in photo and video editing software.
Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content creation.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to express our company’s views creatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
