Take care of the organizational vehicle, maintenance and keep the vehicle clean on daily basis.
Ensures cost-savings through proper use of vehicle through accurate maintenance of daily vehicle log book.
Strictly follow traffic rules & regulations and handle local and organizational formalities when involved in an accident; ensure that all rules & regulations and procedures are followed correctly.
Collect mail from admin and deliver at respective locations
Follow strictly the SF policies, particularly security & confidentiality
Willing to perform other duties during specific campaigns as directed by the supervisor
Available for extra duty when and where required
Assist in loading, unloading on the need basis
Assist in bank-related tasks as requested by the finance department and directed by admin
Assist the receptionist when required
Any other official work assigned by the Manager, Admin & Procurement.
