Assist in the preparation and organization of project meetings, workshops, and events.
Maintain project documentation, including project files, reports, and correspondence.
Support the development and tracking of project work plans, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project staff and HO team to project districts.
Assist in completion of document for the procurement of project supplies, equipment, and services as needed.
Compile and documentation of project data for monitoring and evaluation and trip repots of HO Staff to field.
Provide administrative support to the Program department as required.
follow-up with Finance department to support field team in tracing project payment.
Contribute to the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as donor requirements
