- Conducting risk assessment analysis of the department and identifying/resolving identified risks.
- Supervising all cash transactions at cash counters.
- Reconciling cash, credit panel, and visa charging on a daily basis.
- Auditing refunded transactions and discounted transactions on a daily basis.
- Resolving panel queries on a daily basis.
- Facilitating panel patients for the approval of special cases/investigations.
- Taking measures against any fraudulent activities and reporting them to higher management.
- Participating in quality improvement and assurance activities.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient patient data entry and record management.
- Handling patient inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitoring and improving the overall patient registration experience.
