Job Responsibilities

Extend warm welcome to the patients and register the new patients.
Assist Persian patients to interact and communicate.
Always use polite forms of expression, enunciate clearly and always strive to provide great customer service even in emotionally charged situations.
Enter Registration data.
Prepare the registration card for patients
Translate in accordance with designated style and quality standards.
Maintain and assure comfortable, clean and safe environment for patients
Maintain log of arrival and schedule appointment.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Must have the ability to work efficiently in a team.
Must have the ability to show empathy when working with patients.
Ability to find solutions to problems.
Communicate fluently in Urdu and Persian orally.

Note:

Candidate must be Pakistani National.
