Information Systems Analyst / Deputy Director (IS) Networks and Systems

Lead and manage the Network and Systems team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Develop and implement a comprehensive network and systems strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.
Oversee the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of all network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
Ensure the security and integrity of all network and system resources, implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any network or system issues.
Manage and maintain all critical IT systems, including servers, storage, and applications.
Stay up-to-date on the latest network and systems technologies and trends, and recommend new solutions to improve efficiency and security.
Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans for network and systems infrastructure.
Prepare and manage budgets for the Network and Systems team.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, HR, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business processes.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
