Position: Customer Service Agent

Location: Lahore/Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information, assistance, and resolution to their queries and concerns.
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficient in using customer service software and systems.
