- Candidate should be able to Installing and configuring computer
- hardware, operating systems and applications
- Troubleshooting system, network problems, solving hardware or software fault
- Positive response to users' inquiries regarding computer
- software and hardware operation to resolve problems
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
- Setup and Maintain Active Directory, user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Giving support to out of office users
- Troubleshoot problem related to photocopier, scanner and printing machine.
- Internet bandwidth monitoring and troubleshooting with ISPs
- Managing Data Access to users
- Vendor payment follows up with accounts department
- Troubleshooting of UPS/power related issues
- Register new user device to our network
- Basic Training to new user relating to our network
- Create and configure new virtual OS and assign to User
- Checking virus definition on server and workstations
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
- Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
- Knowledge of Virutalization and Microsoft Dynamics AX will a plus.
